We're happy to combine shipping wherever + whenever possible

All products are made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your piece to be made and shipped. 

DOMESTIC
U.S. purchases ship via USPS Priority Mail. If you need your item faster, you can always upgrade to USPS Express Mail

INTERNATIONAL
International purchases ship via USPS First Class Mail
Any customs rules, laws, fees or duties associated with receiving an item are the customer's responsibility
We are required by law to accurately mark the value of merchandise on customs forms. Occasionally items are delayed or held by customs agents. In these rare occasions, delivery of your package may be delayed.

The Creatures does not offer returns or exchanges.  Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours of purchase. We will review products considered defective on a case by case basis. Any defects must be addressed within 10 days of your package delivery.

All items are final sale and we do not accept returns unless the item has been grossly misrepresented.
